2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the use of this website and to contact made via email or phone. It describes how personal data is processed in connection with these interactions.
3. Contact Form
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form or the project enquiry form, we process the details you enter (name, email address, and depending on the form your message, phone number, preferred contact method, company and your answers about the project such as project type, plot, planning status, size, budget, timeline and region) together with the language of the page and the time of submission. We also store the page on which you arrived and any campaign parameters of the link, to understand which channels enquiries come from. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and any subsequent business communication. Your enquiry is stored in a database and forwarded by email to our team; you receive an automatic confirmation by email.
The legal basis is the steps you request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). To protect the form against abuse, a pseudonymised value derived from your IP address is stored for a maximum of 24 hours; the IP address itself is not stored. Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
The database is currently operated by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on our behalf.
4. Contact by Email or Phone
If you contact us by email or phone, the information you provide — including your contact details and the content of your message — will be processed to respond to your inquiry and for ongoing business communication. This data is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to handle your request.
5. Website Hosting and Technical Logs
This website is hosted via Vercel. When you access the website, technical access data may be processed automatically for the purpose of delivering, securing and maintaining the website. This may include:
- IP address
- Date and time of access
- Requested page or file
- Browser and device information
- Referring URL where applicable
Technical log data is stored only for as long as necessary for security, stability and technical operation, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
6. Email Communication via STRATO
The email address info@argor-group.com is operated through STRATO. Email communication sent to this address may therefore be processed via the infrastructure provided by STRATO as part of the email delivery and storage service.
7. Legal Bases
The processing of personal data in connection with business inquiries and pre-contractual communication is based on legitimate interest and, where applicable, on the necessity for entering into or performing a contract. The processing of technical access data for website operation is based on legitimate interest in stable and secure website operation.
8. Cookieless Website Statistics
To understand how our website is used and how well our enquiry form works, we run our own, cookieless statistics. For each page view we store the page, the time, the referring website (domain only), campaign parameters from the link (e.g. utm_source), the page language, the device type and browser family and, where provided by our hosting provider, the country. Within the enquiry form we record which step was reached, but not what was entered before it is sent. We also count clicks on our phone numbers and email addresses, including the page and the position of the clicked link, as well as how often our cookie dialog is shown and which choice is made there.
No cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device. Your IP address is not stored: to count visitors, it is combined with your browser identifier and a random value that changes every day and is then irreversibly hashed. This value cannot be traced back to you and is not linked across days. Requests with “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” enabled are not recorded at all. The statistics are kept for a maximum of 13 months. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the needs-based design of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics tools. No user profiles are created, no data is sold, and there is no newsletter, automated decision-making or remarketing.
8a. Google Ads Conversion Tracking (only with your consent)
If you consent via our cookie banner, we use the conversion tracking of Google Ads, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It measures whether an enquiry sent via our website came from a Google ad. For this purpose Google sets or reads cookies on your device (e.g. _gcl_au, _gcl_aw) and processes data such as your IP address, device and browser information and the ad click ID. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We do not use remarketing or personalised advertising.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent the Google script is not loaded at all. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. For leads we also store the ad click ID (gclid) contained in the link so that we can assign later orders to the respective campaign.
8b. Meta Pixel (only with your consent)
If you consent via our cookie banner, we use the Meta pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. It records page views and, after an enquiry has been sent, a “Lead” event, so that we can measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to enquiries. For this purpose Meta sets or reads cookies (e.g. _fbp, _fbc) and processes data such as your IP address, browser and device information and, if you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, can link this to your account. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We do not transmit any form contents (name, email, phone) to Meta and have switched off automatic form recognition and advanced matching. For the collection and transmission of the data we are jointly responsible with Meta (Art. 26 GDPR, Meta Controller Addendum); Meta is solely responsible for the further processing. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Further information: www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
9. Cookies
Technically necessary storage is used only for the operation of the website — for example to remember your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage — and does not require consent. Marketing cookies (Google Ads and Meta, see sections 8a and 8b) are only set with your consent.
10. External Services
Apart from Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta pixel (only with consent, see sections 8a and 8b), no Google Maps, Instagram feed or similar external third-party services are embedded in this website at this stage.
11. Data Recipients
Personal data is shared only with technical service providers where required for the operation of the website (hosting, database, email delivery). No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
12. International Data Transfers
Some technical service providers may process data in countries outside Cyprus or the EU/EEA. Where this is the case, appropriate contractual safeguards apply in accordance with applicable data protection law.
13. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected — including responding to inquiries, conducting business and fulfilling legal obligations — and is then deleted or anonymized.
14. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to: access your personal data; request rectification; request erasure; request restriction of processing; data portability; object to processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
